Terms and Conditions- Retreats Booking Conditions
The following Booking Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract for the services provided. By booking with us and paying the non-refundable fees or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you. If you have any queries regarding these conditions, please reach out to us.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair. If you are experiencing any issues regarding your adendance or payment plans, please reach out so we can work together to find a solution. Your reservation can be transferred to another person’s name upon your arrangement of that transfer. Cancellation penalties may apply depending on when you cancel your booking.
Cancellation Fees Schedule:
Deposit:
100% deposit refund for cancellations made 56+ days before the retreat start date.
50% deposit refund for cancellations made 30-55 days before the retreat start date.
No refund for cancellations made 0-29 days before the retreat start date.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance is due 56 days (8 weeks) before the retreat start date.
If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, no refunds given.
The exception is a refund may be given if your place on the retreat can be filled by a late booking.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early on your booked retreat.
Travel and Cancellation Insurance
For your own security and safety, we recommend that you have travel insurance. Most agencies require insurance to be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Please ensure that your insurance policy covers all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES that you will be engaging in on your retreat and includes TRIP CANCELLATION coverage.
Unforeseen Cancellation
If we must cancel this retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund of your payment to us. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, travel costs, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
